SYM Board approves Vidfy.ai & Influsense.ai

February 11, 2025 (MLN): In a major development, the Board of Directors of Symmetry Group Limited (PSX: SYM) has approved Vidfy.ai and Influsense.ai, two cutting-edge AI-powered platforms, the company's filing on PSX revealed today. 

 Vidfy.ai is a next-gen AI-driven video creation platform designed to revolutionize content production with automation and smart editing capabilities.

Influsense.ai is an advanced AI-based influencer analytics tool, enabling brands to identify, track, and collaborate with the most impactful influencers for data-driven marketing strategies.

The board also formally confirmed the meeting minutes held on October 20, 2024.

To accelerate growth, the board explored multiple avenues for capital infusion, including:

• IPO of new product companies as Greenfield Projects or other strategic alternatives
• Venture Capital (VC) or Private Equity (PE) funding for product companies
• Any other viable financing options

Given the time-sensitive nature of these initiatives, the board has directed management to finalize arrangements—such as appointing a financial advisor—before the next board meeting.
