SPEL energizes one MW solar project, expands green energy

March 24, 2025 (MLN): Synthetic Products Enterprises Limited (PSX: SPEL) has successfully energized a one MW solar power project, complementing its previously installed 2.55 MW of green energy as part of its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiative.

With this addition, SPEL’s total solar capacity now meets approximately 23%–25% of its annual electricity requirements through clean, renewable energy, the notification issued to the local bourse.

This achievement highlights the company’s commitment to sustainable practices and its dedication to contributing to a greener, cleaner Pakistan.
