Sindh High Court approves the merger of Clover Pakistan with Hascombe Business Solutions

February 6, 2019 (MLN): The High Court of Sindh at Karachi, vide its order dated February 1 2019, has approved the merger petition filed by Clover Pakistan Limited and Hascombe Business Solutions (Private) Limited.

It has also sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement dated September 19, 2018 for the merger/amalgamation of Hascombe with the company, with effect from the start of business on 1^st April 2018.
