Silkbank requests SBP to allow for the extension in disclosure of 3QFY19 results

March 16, 2020 (MLN): Silkbank Limited has requested the SBP that the approval and disclosure of third Quarter of 2019 financials of the Bank be allowed to be extended till March 3, due to the delay in the closure of the valuation process and its resultant impact on the financial statements of the bank.

Consequently, the bank has also requested for approval and disclosure of Annual Accounts of 2019 to be extended till April 30.
