Service Industries Textiles Ltd to increase its paid-up share capital by way of shares other than Right Issue

October 6, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Director of Service Industries Textile Limited has decided to increase paid-up share capital of the company from Rs 44.49 million divided into 4.449 million ordinary shares to Rs 169.49 million divided into 16.949 million ordinary shares of PKR 10 each.

The company will increase its paid -up share capital by issuing 12.5 million ordinary shares, having face value of PKR 10 each.

 These share will be issued by way of otherwise other than right issue at a price of PKR 12 each, including PKR 2 as premium per share, total PKR 150,000,000 to the Sponsors, against share deposit money already deposited with the company of Rs 150,000,000 subject to the approval of shareholders and SECP.
