SECP renews underwriting License for Dawood Equities

December 03, 2024 (MLN): The Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan has renewed a license to Dawood Equities Limited (PSX: DEL) as an underwriter to carry out activities under the Public Offering Regulation 2017.

DEL informed market participants of this development through a notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.

Dawood Equities was incorporated in Pakistan as an unquoted public limited company on May 3, 2006 under the Companies Act 2017.

The company's principal business is trading and brokerage of listed equities, underwriting and other investments.
