SECP flags fraudulent platforms misusing BMA capital’s name

May 27, 2025 (MLN): The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), through an earlier press release, alerted the public about illegal and fraudulent online trading and investment platforms misusing the names of reputable companies, licensed entities, and qualified professionals, including BMA Capital Management Limited.

It has been clarified that BMA Capital Management Limited is a securities broker duly licensed and regulated by the SECP and has no association with the fraudulent platforms operating under the names “BMA Capital No.108” and “BMAC Global Pro.”

In response, BMA Capital Management Limited has issued a public alert on its official website to caution against the unauthorized use of its name, as per the press release issued today.

The SECP has once again strongly advised the public to verify the legitimacy of any investment platform or scheme by consulting the SECP website and the official websites of licensed securities and commodities brokers to safeguard themselves and their hard-earned money from fraudulent schemes.
