SEARL resolves to list SPL on PSX

September 15, 2021 (MLN): The shares of Searle Pakistan Limited (SPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of “The Searle Company Limited” (PSX: SEARL) may be listed on PSX, up to the maximum extent of 349,010,000 (Three Hundred Forty-Nine Million Ten Thousand) ordinary shares, Searle's notice to Exchange said.

As per the notification, these shares will be listed by way of an initial public offering, at the strike price to be determined by SPL in accordance with the Public Offering Regulations, 2017 (the "Public Offering Regulations"), and applicable rules and regulations of the PSX.

The above resolution was passed at a Board of Directors’ meeting of Searle Company Limited held yesterday at IBL Centre Karachi via Video Link.
