SBP reserves rose by $11.9m in a week

August 17, 2023 (MLN): The foreign exchange reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) rose by $11.9 million or 0.15% WoW to $8.06 billion during the week ended on August 11, 2023, according to the data released by the central bank on Thursday.

Similarly, the country's total reserves rose by $39.9m or 0.3% WoW to $13.38bn.

The reserves held by commercial banks rose by $28m or 0.53% WoW to $5.32bn.
