SBP cancels license of Mega Currency Exchange Company for violating laws

May 04, 2023 (MLN): The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has canceled the authorization/license of "Mega Currency Exchange Company ‘B’ (Pvt.) Limited" on account of contraventions of the relevant laws and regulations, said the statement issued by the central bank on Wednesday.

Therefore, the aforesaid exchange company, including its head office and branches can no longer undertake any kind of foreign exchange-related business activity, it added.
