RLNG prices for SNGPL hiked by $0.35/MMBtu to $12.84

September 12, 2023 (MLN): Regassified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) prices for the month of September 2023 have been increased by 2.79% and 3.08% for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) and Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC)respectively, as per the latest press release issued today.

The surge in prices by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) is in accordance with the policy guidelines of the caretaker government.

Accordingly, the new prices for the month of September for SNGPL for distribution and transmission respectively are $12.84/ MMBtu and $11.86/ MMBtu respectively.

In comparison with the prices of August 2023, the overall increase in terms of amount for SNGPL distribution is 34.81 cents and transmission 31.84 cents.

Similarly, the prices for SSGC are $13.36/ MMBtu and $11.47/ MMBtu respectively for distribution and transmission.

In comparison with the prices of July 2023, the overall decrease in terms of amount for SSGC distribution is 17.2 cents and transmission 14.73 cents.
