Richards bay coal contract for the month of September 2023 (LVU23) is currently trading at $104.25, up by $1.15 or 1.02% during the week.
The contract's trading range over the past 52 weeks spans from a low of $94.5 to a high of $287.95.

Meanwhile, year-to-date, Richard bay coal is down 38.61%, and by a massive 75.17% from the peak which was in March 2022.
Richard bay coal Monthly is a futures contract that is based on the price of coal loaded at the Richards Bay Coal Terminal in South Africa.
It is traded on the ICE/EU exchange and has a contract size of 1,000 metric tonnes.
