PSX updates JS Momentum Factor Index with nine adjustments

July 05, 2024 (MLN): The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) has conducted the JS Momentum Factor Index (JSMFI) recomposition exercise as of June 28, 2024.

Under the relevant JSMF Index Rules, nine adjustments have been made to the index.

The incoming companies are The Hub Power Company Limited (HUBCO), Air Link Communication Limited (AIRLINK), NetSol Technologies Limited (NETSOL), Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Octopus Digital Limited (OCTOPUS), Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC), Faysal Bank Limited (FABL) and Unity Foods Limited (UNITY).

The ones to leave are; D.G. Khan Cement Company Limited (PSX: DGKC), Fauji Cement Company Limited (FCCL), Ghandhara Industries Limited (GHNI), Hum Network Limited (HUMNL), International Industries Limited (INIL), International Steels Limited (ISL), Meezan Bank Limited (MEBL), Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited (MUGHAL) and Systems Limited (SYS).

The above changes in the JSMFI will take effect from Friday, July 05, 2024.

In addition, the notice also listed the revised list of JSMFI companies along with their weights in the index as of June 28, 2024.
