PSX approves right shares issuance by PKGI

May 22, 2024 (MLN): The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has approved the schedule for the issuance of Right Shares of The Pakistan General Insurance Company Limited (PSX: PKGI), as informed by the local bourse through a circular.

In this respect, the trading in the Unpaid Rights of the company will start on Monday, May 27, 2024, accompanied by the settlement date on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.

The Unpaid Rights of the company have already been declared as eligible security by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) and all the transactions shall be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL), which has already assigned the Company Code/Security Symbol as “PKGIR.”
