PSX announces delisting of Bank Alfalah's term finance certificates

March 25, 2024 (MLN): The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has decided to delist the Term Finance Certificates of Bank Alfalah Limited (BAFLTFC7) effective from Tuesday, March 26, 2024, according to a notice issued by PSX today.

This decision follows the final redemption of the entire principal outstanding and payment of accrued profit for BAFL's Term Finance Certificates.

Furthermore, the bank's auditors have also confirmed this information through dissemination on PUCARS (Pakistan Unified Corporate Action Reporting System).
