PM Khan to pay two-day official visit to Turkey

December 31, 2018: Prime Minister Imran Khan will pay a two-day official visit to Turkey on Thursday at the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Views pertaining to regional and international situation will be exchanged and Imran Khan will address a business forum, and hold several meetings with Turkish businessmen and potential investors during his stay at Ankara.

This will be Prime Minister's first official visit to Turkey. He will be accompanied by a high-level delegation including Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Planning Minister Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtyar; and Adviser to the Prime Minister Abdul Razak Dawood.

During the visit, the Prime Minister will meet the Turkish President and discuss the entire spectrum of bilateral relations between the two countries.

Prime Minister's upcoming visit to Turkey will further reinforce the historic ties between the governments and the people of the two countries.

The visit might also help to explore new vistas of cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the area of economic, trade and commercial relations.
