PKR’s Real Effective Exchange Rate increases by 2.21% in May

According to data released by the State Bank of Pakistan, Pak Rupees Real Effective Exchange Rate Index increased by 2.21% to 113.5499 in May from 111.0917 in April.
The Nominal Exchange rate index increased by 2.06% to 81.7094 in May from 80.0638 in April.
The Pak Rupee lost 15.87% of its value against the Dollar during FY18 closing at 121.4972 on June 29, 2018 compared to 104.854 on June 30, 2017.
