April 07, 2021 (MLN): SBP released the Bid pattern for today's Auction of Quarterly and Semi-Annual Coupon payment PIB (Floating Rate).

The combined Auction Target is Rs.75.00 Billion for 2, 3 and 5 year Bonds.

In the Semi-Annual Coupon auction, only the 5 year PIB is being offered while the Quarterly Auction is for 2 and 3 years only.

The Semi-Annual bond will be a fresh issue while the 3 year quarterly coupon bonds will be a re-opening of the Oct 22, 2020 issue while the 2 year PIB is re-opening of Nov 05, 2020 issue.

Semi-annual PIB coupon rates are 7.7327% percent for 5 years.

Quarterly PIB coupon rates are 7.4298 percent for 2 years (rate for the next reset period) and 7.4298 percent for 3 years.
