PIA will be holding a Board of Directors Meeting on July 5th, 2018 at 11:30am at Karachi, to consider Half Yearly Accounts for the period ended June 2017 as well as Third Quarter accounts for the period ended September 2017.

Closed Period has been declared from 29th June 2018 to 6th July 2018 during which no Director, CEO or Executive shall be permitted to deal in the shares of the Company, directly or indirectly as per Rule Book of the Exchange.
