Petrol price hiked by Re1, Diesel up by Rs7

January 31, 2025 (MLN): Amid recent fluctuations in the international oil market, the federal government has increased the petrol prices by Re1 per litre increase to Rs257.13 per litre.

Meanwhile, High-Speed Diesel (HSD) sees a significant Rs7 per litre hike to Rs267.95 per litre.

These revised rates will be effective from February 1, 2025.

To recall, in the last fortnight, the federal government raised the price of petrol by Rs3.47 to Rs256.13 per litre.
