PCAL announces expansion; offers 25 percent right shares at Rs. 160/share

In a notice addressed to the exchange, Pakistan Cables (PCAL) seeks to increase its paid up capital by issue of 7.115 million ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each as Right shares to be offered to the existing shareholders of the company at Rs. 160 per share, including a premium of Rs. 150 per share in the proportion of 25 shares for every 100 shares held.
