PAI lapses as Elco Broadband, WorldCall failed to agree on terms

April 14, 2020 (MLN): AKD Securities Limited, in the capacity of the Manager to Offer, has informed to PSX that the time period for making a Public Announcement of Offer has lapsed, made by Elco Broadband Inc (Acquirer), for acquiring more than 30% issued and paid share capital and control of WorldCall Telecom Limited (Target).
The PAI stands withdrawn as the Acquirer and Target could not reach an agreement.
