PAD advises growers of lentil pulses to complete sowing till Nov15

October 8, 2018: Punjab Agriculture Department (PAD) has advised the growers of lentil pulses to complete sowing of the crop till 15th of the next month.

Experts said that lentil pulses is an important food which includes all beneficial nutrients like fiber, protein, minerals and vitamins and have low calories and contain virtually no fat.

They said that one cup of cooked lentils only contains about 230 calories and satiates our hunger and satisfied.
