January 27, 2021 (MLN): Optimus Capital Management has submitted a Public Announcement of Offer to acquire up to 14.77% shares of the total issued ordinary share capital of United Distributors Pakistan Limited, on behalf of Genesis Holdings Private Limited.

The above announcement is in reference to the Public Announcement of Intention received by United Distributors Pakistan from Optimus Capital Management back on December 9, 2020, on behalf of Mr. Shahid Abdulla, Mr. Asad Abdulla, Mr. Ayaz Abdulla, and Ms. Aisha Zaid Zakaria, wherein the latter proposed to acquire 70.415% voting share of the UDPL.
