Next Capital’s client to acquire 20.14% shares of Johnson & Phillips

July 30, 2019 (MLN): Next Capital Limited has submitted an Acquirer’s Public Announcement of Offer (PAO) on behalf of its client, Mr. Muhammad Anis Mianoor (Acquirer), to acquire 1,097,718 shares (20.14% of paid-up capital) of Johnson & Phillips (Pakistan) Limited.

It has further been notified in an announcement issued to the Pakistan Stock exchange (PSX) that the public announcement of intention was made by the Acquirer on November 29, 2018 in certain daily gazettes.

Subsequently, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) granted an extension to make the public announcement of offer by August 26, 2019.
