Gold prices fall Rs600 per tola in Pakistan

August 25, 2026 (MLN): Gold prices in Pakistan declined on Tuesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs486,536 per tola, down Rs600.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10 grams was sold at Rs417,126 after a decrease of Rs514.

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted lower at Rs382,379 per 10 grams, down Rs471.

On the other hand, silver prices declined in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs7,279 per tola, down Rs100. Similarly, silver per 10 grams was priced at Rs6,240 after a decrease of Rs86.

Globally, spot gold was up 0.72% at $4,636.08 per ounce as of 10:08am PST, after touching an intraday high of $4,700, as a weaker US dollar and the US Treasury's bond buyback programme kept a lid on yields.
