MTB Auction Result: SBP Sells T-Bills worth Rs.599.88 Billion

The State Bank of Pakistan conducted an auction on Wednesday in which it sold Treasury Bills Worth Rs.599.88 Billion for 3 Months. No bids were made for the 6 and 12 Month T-Bills.

Auction Target was Rs 950 Billion against a maturing amount of Rs.1,011.60 Billion.

SBP received bids worth Rs.632.429 Billion for 3 months in the competitive auction out of which SBP accepted Rs.573.519 Billion at 8.80 percent with the Weighted Average Yield at 8.7919 percent.

In addition to this, the SBP picked up Rs.26.365 billion in the non competitive auction to make the total accepted face value Rs.599.884 Billion.
