Mitchell’s shareholders decline CCL Holding acquisition talks

December 09, 2024 (MLN): Mitchell's Fruit Farms Limited (PSX: MFFL) has received notice from two of its substantial shareholders, that they have decided not to proceed with discussions regarding the acquisition of their shares by CCL Holding (Pvt.) Limited.

According to the company's filing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today, these shareholders are Syeda Maimanat Mohsin and Syeda Matanat Ghaffar.

Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited was incorporated in Pakistan. It is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of various farm and confectionery products.

At the time of writing, MFFL's scrip is being traded at Rs.185.01, down by 0.73% compared to its last close price.
