Millat Tractors refutes media report of FIR, legal action

July 09, 2024 (MLN): Millat Tractors Limited (PSX: MTL) has denied a media report concerning a case in the court of the Special Judge Customs & Excise Taxation, Karachi.

The company, through a notice issued to PSX today, clarified that the mentioned news is fabricated and bereft of facts.

It further clarified that there is no FIR lodged either in the name of the CEO or the tractor manufacturing company.

"This is part of a malicious campaign with malafide intent," the notice concludes.
