Mehran Sugar Mills approves Rs50mn equity investment in Uni-Foods Industries

January 31, 2022 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Mehran Sugar Mills Limited (MRNS) have approved Rs50 million as an equity investment in Uni-Foods Industries Limited which is a joint venture unquoted public limited company of MRNS, a notice issued to exchange said today.

In addition, the Board also announced a final bonus of Rs1.50 per share for the year ended September 30, 2021.
