Mari Petroleum Acquires working interest in Different Blocks from Tullow Pakistan (Developments) Ltd.

According to a notice sent to PSX, Mari Petroleum Company Limited has announced that, as part of MPCL's campaign to expand its exploration portfolio fro enhancing its reserves base through reserve-led growth strategy, it has acquired working interest in different blocks from Tullow Pakistan Limited.

According to the notification a handing over ceremony took place on July 30^th 2018 in Islamabad in respect of the following blocks:

20% working interest in Bannu West Block (KPK & FATA)
95% Working interest in Block-28 (Balochistan)
30% working interest in Kalchas Block (Balochistan & Punjab)

The company informed that all procedural/legal formalities stand completed in connection to the above transfer of working interest.
