Maple Leaf Capital acquires over 24 million shares of Pioneer Cement

September 3, 2020 (MLN): Maple Leaf Capital Limited has acquired/purchased 24,761,001 voting shares of Pioneer Cement Limited, PSX announced on Thursday.

By virtue of the above acquisition, Maple Lead Capital (including the person in concert i.e. the CEO) holds 10.9% aggregate shareholding in the share capital of Pioneer Cement.
