LPG prices slashed by Rs20 per kg

June 30, 2023 (MLN): The price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) has been slashed by Rs20 per kg, the latest notification issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) showed.

The new prices will come into effect from July 1, 2023.

As per the notification, the previous price was approximately Rs197 per kg, the new rate will now stand at Rs177 per kg.

Moreover, for an 11.8 kg LPG cylinder, the cost has been revised downwards to approximately Rs2,092, representing a significant drop from the previous price of Rs2,321, resulting in a reduction of Rs229 per cylinder.
