KAPCO appoints new director w.e.f today

December 31, 2018 (MLN): Kot Addu Power Company Limited (KAPCO) has appointed Ms. Zunaira Azhar as Director with effect from December 31, 2018, in place of Mr. Aftab M. Butt who has resigned as elected director.

A recent announcement issued by KAPCO to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has divulged that Mr. Butt will carry on his duties as the companies’ Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
