JS Global resubmits PAI for 83.96% shares in Calcorp

December 03, 2024 (MLN): JS Global Capital Limited, as Manager to the Offer, has re-submitted Public Announcement of Intention (PAI) by Asif Ali Shaikh to acquire up to 9.02 million ordinary shares (83.96%) of Calcorp Limited (PSX: CASH).

To recall, on February 20, 2024 the PAI was submitted to aquire aforementioned number of share of CASH. Later on November 17, 2024, it was withdrawn.

Asif Ali Shaikh is the senior managing partner of Asif Rice Mills (ARM) which is the second-largest rice exporting firm in Pakistan.
