India’s strikes threaten regional peace: Ishaq Dar

May 07, 2025 (MLN): India’s missile strikes inside Pakistan have drawn strong condemnation from Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, who stated that the aggression has seriously threatened regional peace.
In a statement shared on his official X account, Dar described the Indian action as a blatant violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty, the UN Charter, and international law.
He emphasized that Pakistan strongly condemns this act of aggression and reserves the right to respond in accordance with Article 51 of the UN Charter.
Dar asserted that Pakistan would defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity by all means necessary.
He remained active throughout the night at the Foreign Ministry, working closely with his team to monitor developments.
The Deputy Prime Minister also issued necessary directives to Pakistan’s embassies to manage the unfolding situation.
