GSK Healthcare rename to Haleon Pakistan Limited

December 5, 2022 (MLN): The board of directors of GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Pakistan Limited (GSKCH) has resolved to change the name of the company from GSKCH to Haleon Pakistan Limited, the company’s stock filings on the stock exchange showed on Monday.

The company also approved that upon the change of the name, the memorandum and articles of association of the company shall be altered by the change of the name of the company from GSKCH to Haleon Pakistan limited wheresoever appearing in the said Memorandum and Articles of Association.

The Company is a subsidiary of GSK Consumer Healthcare B.V., and the ultimate parent of the company is Haleon plc. The company is engaged in the manufacturing, marketing, and sale of consumer healthcare products.

GSK has had a proud heritage of commitment, trust, and credibility for over 150 years.

At the time of writing, the scrip of the company is being traded at Rs192, which is down by Rs3.50 or 1.79% DoD.
