Govt approves financial advisers for OGDCL, PPL divestment

January 29, 2020: Privatization Commission has approved Financial Advisors for divestment of shares in Oil and Gas Development Company Limited and Pakistan Petroleum Limited.

The Board of the Commission which met with Minister for Privatization Muhammad Mian Soomro in the chair in Islamabad also recommended transaction structure on sale of unproductive land owned by the Federal Government entities for submission to the Cabinet Committee on Privatization.

The Board also approved twelve parties for the privatization of National Power Parks Management Company (Pvt) Limited.
