Golden Arrow requests further extension in effective date for conversion into an Open End Scheme

September 25, 2019 (MLN): In pursuant to the former notification, Golden Arrow Selected Stocks Fund Limited (GASSFL) in a notification to PSX, has informed that the company has requested the SECP to further extend the affective conversion date from October 1, 2019 to December 1, 2019.

According to the notification, GASSFL requested the extension in conversion date due to further time involved in fulfilling formalities, including paper work, opening of Bank Account, continuance of UIN with change of GASSFL’s name at NCCPL, in which certain issue have arisen that are being satisfactorily resolved.
