Gold rebounds from 8-week low

November 13, 2024 (MLN): Gold rebounded from a near 8-week low on Wednesday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs271,900 per tola, up Rs1,400.

Globally, spot gold traded near $2,610 an ounce, up $11.1 or 0.43% from the previous session.

The Karachi Sarafa Association reported the price of 24-karat gold at Rs233,111 per 10-gram, up Rs1,200.

Similarly, the price of 22-karat gold was quoted higher at Rs213,685 per 10-gram.

On the other hand, silver prices remained unchanged in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs3,250 per tola and Rs2,786 per 10-gram.
