Gold price in Pakistan remains unchanged

May 29, 2025 (MLN): Gold price in Pakistan remained unchanged on Thursday, with 24-karat gold being sold at Rs349,300 per tola, unchanged from the previous session.

Similarly, 24-karat gold per 10-gram was sold at Rs299,468 unchanged from the previous session, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The price of 22-karat gold was also quoted at Rs274,522 per 10-gram.

Similarly, silver prices remained unchanged in the domestic market, with 24-karat silver being sold at Rs3,480 per tola and Rs2,983 per 10-gram.

Globally, spot gold traded near $3,303 an ounce, up $43.1 or 1.32% from the previous session.

Gold prices rose, as investors bought on the dip, although gains were capped by easing US-EU trade tensions, with the market now awaiting the upcoming US core Personal Consumption Expenditures report for interest rate clues.
