Gold edges lower in domestic bullion market on Thursday

November 12, 2020 (MLN): Gold edged lower in the domestic bullion market on Thursday, as the price of 24 karat gold decreased by Rs.200 to Rs.111,800 per tola compared to Rs 112,000 per tola closed yesterday.

Likewise, the price of 10 grams gold also decreased by Rs 172 to Rs 95,850 against Rs 96,022 the previous day, while 10-gram 22 karat gold was sold at Rs 87,863, the Karachi Sarafa Association reported.

The price of 24 karat silver tola and 10-gram silver did not witness any change as they remained static at Rs 1,180 and Rs 1,011.65 respectively.

In international market, the gold was at $1,872 an ounce, down by $2, whereas, silver was traded at $ 24.33 an ounce.
