Ghani Chemicals disinvests 20mn shares of G3 Technologies

April 15, 2022 (MLN): Ghani Chemical industries Limited (GCIL), the largest manufacturer of medical and industrial gases in Pakistan, has disinvested 20 million ordinary shares of G3 Technologies Limited (PSX: GTECH) an associated undertaking on April 14, 2022, at Rs 10 per share through NDM market, the company’s filing on PSX said.

A day earlier, GCIL, one of the subsidiary companies of Ghani Global Holdings Limited, had decided to merge G3 Technologies Limited, an associated company with and into GCIL.

The company withdraws the already filed listing application of GCIL with PSX and will ultimately apply for listing after the merger.
