Gadoon Textile Mills Ltd BOD to evaluate Hydro Power Projects of 150 MW

As per notification filed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange by Company secretary Abdul Sattar Abdullah, the Board of Directors of Gadoon Textile Mills limited (GADT) has approved to evaluation setting up of hydropower projects having a collective capacity of around 150 megawatts.

The proposed projects are to be located in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

However, all future investments by the company will be based on the outcome of this evaluation and would be further subject to approvals from the regulators and shareholders of the company.

Gadoon Textile Mills Limited is part of the Yunus Brother Group, a conglomerate with a diverse portfolio of companies encompassing textiles, cement, and power generation.
