February 10, 2022 (MLN): The board of directors of First UDL Modaraba (FUDLM), in its meeting held on February 10, 2022, has decided to evaluate possibilities for conversion of the Modaraba into a Public Limited Company subject to all requisite regulatory and legal approvals, the notice sent to exchange said today.

In this regard, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and/or the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) have been authorized to appoint the legal and financial consultants.
