Flour millers express satisfaction over wheat situation in country

September 12, 2018: All Pakistan Flour Mills Association (APFMA) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa expressed satisfaction over situation of wheat in the country and demanded formulation of new export policy for wheat, from the government.

The executive body meeting of the association, chaired by Haji Adan Khan – chairman APFMA - said that the new export policy should be made for at least one year period.

During the meeting, it was noted that rate of flour was stable in markets due to availability of huge wheat stock in the country.

Central leader of the association, Muhammad Naeem Butt, Senior Vice President Chairman Haji Musarat Shah, Haji Yousaf Khan Afridi, Haji Mirajuddin, Bashir Matta, Haji Iqbal and others members attended the meeting.

The meeting congratulated Qalandar Lodhi for assuming the office of Provincial Food Department and expressed the hope that he would utilize all available resources for solution of the association’s problems.
