First Punjab Modaraba to sell subsidiary to The Bank of Punjab

March 31, 2023 (MLN): First Punjab Modaraba has finalized the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Punjab Capital Securities (Pvt) Limited, to The Bank of Punjab, the company's filing on PSX showed today.
The transaction valued at Rs85.487 million has been approved by the shareholders of The Bank of Punjab at its Annual General Meeting held on March 29, 2023, it added.
