First Habib Modaraba increases face value of certificates to Rs10

March 11, 2024 (MLN): First Habib Modaraba (PSX: FHAM) has changed the face value of Modaraba certificates from Rs5 to Rs10 each by reducing the number of certificates, company’s filing on the local bourse revealed today.

Resultantly, the number of certificates has decreased from 221.661 million to 110.8305m subject to the consolidation in certificate value.

The agenda mentioned above was approved by the shareholders of the company during their extraordinary general meeting held on March 8, 2024.
