Ferozsons Board reviews Barrett Hodgson Pakistan buyout plan

May 19, 2025 (MLN): Ferozsons Laboratories Limited (PSX: FEROZ) Board of Directors has reviewed the proposal recommended by the Investment Committee for the potential acquisition of Barrett Hodgson Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited, in conjunction with a consortium comprising the leading business groups of Pakistan, on May 17, 2025.

The Board further authorized the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer to perform due diligence, appoint advisors, sign all related documents, and undertake all necessary actions including providing bid money and security in connection with the potential acquisition, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The final purchase price and equity investment will be approved by the Board of Directors based on the outcome of due diligence and other parameters, including relevant approvals.
