Sazgar to acquire 5 kanal commercial plot

March 09, 2026 (MLN): Sazgar Engineering Works Limited intends to purchase a commercial plot measuring 5.07 kanals valuing Rs1.47bn located at Central Business District (CBD), Lahore.

The Chief Executive of the Company has been authorized to negotiate and finalize the terms and conditions and to fulfill all the legal formalities to complete the said purchase of commercial land.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
